The authors are encouraged to submit full papers describing original, previously unpublished, complete research, not currently under review by another conference or journal, addressing original research as well as results of laboratory and real network trials. All papers will be reviewed and accepted papers will appear in the workshop proceedings, published by
the 2006 IFIP Networking Conference organizers. The best papers of Workshop Sessions will also be considered for a limited Book and/or Special Issue Edition.

Papers must be submitted electronically. For the submitted paper please use the Springer-Verlag instructions for authors at: www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html. The maximum size of papers should be 5000 words including tables and figures, according to the formatting standard
for a 12-page manuscript of Springer-Verlag LNCS. The cover page must contain an abstract
of about 150 words, 3-5 keywords, name and affiliation of author(s) as well as the corresponding author's e-mail and postal address.

Paper submissions can be made using the following link: http://www.webchairing.com/iqos/submission/

Problems related with paper submission should be reported to networking2006@dei.uc.pt.
